Please read these conditions carefully.

We offer a wide range of Njalo Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Njalo respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us immediately.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Njalo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

Njalo does not take title to returned items. All returns are sent directly to the supplier from which they were purchased. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. For more information about our returns and refunds, please see Refunds and Returns .

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Njalo attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Njalo does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Njalo Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Njalo itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

“List Price” means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on Njalo and other retailers. Certain products may have a “Was Price” displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Njalo.

With respect to items sold by Njalo, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Njalo is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.

APP PERMISSIONS

When you use apps created by Njalo, such as the Njalo App, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.

SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY

You may not use any Njalo Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using Njalo Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including Njalo Software), technology, and services.

OTHER BUSINESSES

Parties other than Njalo operate stores, provide services or software, or sell product lines through the Njalo Services. In addition, we provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. If you purchase any of the products or services offered by these businesses or individuals, you are purchasing directly from those third parties, not from Njalo. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant, the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals (including the content of their Web sites). Njalo does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using any Njalo Service, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Njalo.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Njalo Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Our physical stores may use cameras, computer vision, sensors, and other technology to gather information about your activity in the store, such as the products and services you interact with.
  • Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily.

For What Purposes Does Njalo Use Your Personal Information?

We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:

  • Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
  • Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Njalo Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the Njalo Services.
  • Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Njalo Services.
  • Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For instance, we collect from sellers information regarding place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes.
  • Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Njalo Services via different channels (e.g., by phone, email, chat).

What About Cookies and Other Identifiers?

To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide and improve Njalo Services, we use cookies and other identifiers.

Does Njalo Share Your Personal Information?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below and with subsidiaries Njalomarket.com, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.

  • Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Njalo Services. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customers’ personal information related to those transactions with that third party.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content, scoring, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
  • Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Njalomarket.com, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
  • Protection of Njalo and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Njalo, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

What About Advertising?

  • Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: Njalo Services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services.
  • Use of Third-Party Advertising Services: We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more useful and relevant Njalo ads and to measure their effectiveness. We never share your name or other information that directly identifies you when we do this. Instead, we use an advertising identifier like a cookie, a device identifier, or a code derived from applying irreversible cryptography to other information like an email address. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download the app again. While we do not share your specific shopping actions like purchases, product views, or searches with ad companies, we may share an advertising identifier and an estimate of the value of the ads they show you on our behalf so they can serve you with more effective Njalo ads. Some ad companies also use this information to serve you relevant ads from other advertisers.

What Information Can I Access?

You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, membership, settings, and purchase history in the “Your Account” section of the website.

Are Children Allowed to Use Njalo Services?

Njalo does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Njalo Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.

Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to use Njalo Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Illinois. If you have any concern about privacy at Njalo, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice will change also. You should check our websites frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are submitted directly to sellers upon order confirmation. Order processing and shipping times vary by seller. We recommend checking the seller’s shipping policy on their Njalo Shop page. If no policy is listed, an inquiry can be submitted directly to the seller. Note, if your order includes items from multiple sellers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Return requests can be submitted in your “My Account”. Return policies vary by seller. All returns must be handled directly with the seller within the customer dashboard. Njalo does not handle returns and takes no ownership of items purchased at any point.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by product size, weight, customer location and vendor.

Refunds

Refunds

Refunds may be accepted if requested within 14 days of item delivery. Sellers may specify their own refund and return terms for their store and/or specific products. If Sellers specify their own refund and returns policy, the seller policy takes precedent over Njalo’s standard policy and Njalo will not override the seller policy. When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Account.

Note: All returns are processed directly with the supplier, Njalo takes no ownership of item at any time during refund or exchange process.

Check the status of your refund, send a note to the supplier for an update or open a support ticket related to the transaction in your account dashboard.

How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?

A refund will be provided after we have confirmed processing with your third-party seller facilities. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

We issue the refund to the original payment processer, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. See below Refund Times.

Advanced Refunds/Replacements/Exchanges

Sometimes, we issue a refund or ship a replacement/exchange to you prior to receiving the return item.

Advanced Refund

In some cases, as soon as the item is dropped off by you or received by the carrier, a refund will be issued, in advance of receipt and processing of the item at seller facilities, to your payment method or as Njalomarket.com Gift Card balance.

Advanced Replacement/Exchange

If you see an option in Njalo account to initiate a replacement/exchange of your original item, follow the instructions to return the item and request a replacement/exchange. If the replacement/exchange order is immediately shipped to you, you’ll need to return your original item(s) by the “Return by” date referred to in your return request confirmation email or you will be charged for the replacement/exchange.

Possible charges after advanced refunds/replacements/exchanges

After you complete a drop off or pick up of return item(s), it may take some time for the item(s) to be transported to a third-party seller. Once the item(s) are received, the item(s) will be verified and inspected against the expected product(s) and quantity in your return request. If the seller does not receive the expected product(s) and quantity as submitted by you in your return request, or if the item(s) are not in original condition or missing parts/accessories/manuals, you will be charged for the previously refunded amount (or for the previously shipped replacement/exchange order). If the charge is unsuccessful, you will be prompted to complete payment before initiating another return request.

To avoid being charged, take the following actions:

  • Only initiate return requests for items in their original condition
  • If applicable, apply the correct mailing label.
  • Drop off or pickup each item you’re returning at an eligible location.

If after completing a drop off or pick up you receive an email from us asking you to return an item or items or indicating you have been charged for the item(s), the charge will be refunded after the seller receives and processes the item(s) and verifies the expected product(s) in your return request.

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

Refund Declines

Our refund to your selected refund method may be declined if, for example, your selected refund payment method is associated with an account which is closed, or your selected card has expired or been replaced by a new card since the order was placed. If this occurs, we issue a refund to your Njalo account balance. You can contact our Customer Service if you would like the refund to be issued to a different payment method.
